I ask that all my clients have a “performance related goal”.An example would be to take part in a 5km Park Run,do a full press up, squat your own body weight etc.

This is really important.

There is so much pressure on people to achieve the perfect body shape with the rise of social media. This is detrimental to both physical and mental health. With a performance goal you are always striving to achieve more from yourself rather than looking in the mirror every morning and checking-in with the scales.

With the right goals and adjusted eating plan, you can tone up, loose weight fairly quickly and improve overall health as well as your relationship with exercise.

Online Coaching

If you struggle to commit to a regular personal training appointment due to time restraints or you simply can’t afford the luxury of 1-to-1 training every week then online coaching might be just what you have been looking for:

  • Be made to feel accountable for your health and fitness.Get support with your nutritional practices.
  • Receive a bespoke exercise programme to fit your ability, lifestyle and goals.
  • Meet with me for a one hour1-to-1 personal training session once per month and check-in via WhatsApp once per week and it’s only £40pm
